About Me
Botanical garden wearing, tea drinking, floral creative
Hello, I’m Stacey. A garden-inspired floral curator, writer and educator
To say I'm floral obsessed is an understatement. I love flowers in so many forms. I am intrigued by flowers and nature, curious by how things bloom and I'm constantly exploring and excited by the impact that flowers can have.
I am a floral artist and creative rather than a traditional florist. I want to create work that engages and inspires. To make people feel something and to create ways people can get involved and explore their own passions with flowers. I never want to encourage perfection but to bring an imperfect beauty that reflects a beautiful garden. I'm led by my background as a choreographer, my passion for supporting mental and physical health and my love of research. It's all brought me to a place where I get to call flowers my work and my joy.

My Values
1// Sustainability - This is at the heart of all of my work. Everything I create is made sustainably and as natural as possible. I use no floral foam and no single use materials. I also use British flowers and source from as local to me, or a venue, as possible.
2// Seasonal - All of my work is inspired by and reflects the seasons. I encourage clients to love the seasonality we have here and love showing how to use that. I source from local growers, forage for wild beauty and design led by what is growing and blossoming. My designs will reflect what beauty we have at a particular time in the year - including dried and everlasting flowers through the winter.
3// Wellbeing & Mental Health - As someone who knows first hand the positive impact that flowers, gardens and nature can have, I am an advocate for encouraging wellbeing in all that I do. My aim to to create a safe space for people to explore and create. My workshops will all encompass a sense of wellbeing and I hope to provide regular sessions where we can join together and talk through flowers.
At Stacey Hartley Florals, I also aim to work closely with charities that share our ethos. I want to support as many people as possible through the joy of flowers
