I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Diane through a membership group we are both in and absolutely fell in love with what she creates. She is actual a shoe designer creating stunning hand made shoes. Recently she has taken to making amazing stylish collars – and i couldn’t resist working on some styling for them. Styling for Di Hassall required a blog of it’s own to showcase how beautiful her products actually are so here we are.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on several of her collars so loved styling for Di Hassall and her brand (and wearing them). What i wanted was to create a mix of shots of me wearing them as well as some flatlay shots. I am really interested in curating more product styling so jumped at this chance. Take a look at some of her amazing work and if you love what you see i have linked below.
Obviously i fell for these floral lovelies and wanted to curate some images that felt real to me and my brand but also that Diane could use to showcase to her audience. My favourite is the gorgeous Liberty one below. The rich colours are absolutely on brand for me. I kept the styling simple but with a little edge. The pink Cath Kidston blouse already has a frill trim but it lent itself perfectly to this collar by adding an extra little something.
It is the perfect statement piece to add a little floral drama. Also this Cath Kidston blouse works with most of the collars – including this gorgeous cottage core style one. I might have screamed a little when i saw this one because the floral detail just absolutely gets me.
Of course part of the reason why i got my hands on these beauties was to curate some imagery that Di could use herself. I wanted to create something with a brighter look to reflect the brand she has created. Of course i wanted to then add in my signature floral look too. The gorgeous nude lace collar was so delicate and lovely – i felt the styling has to be so minimal but really showcase the collar. Placed on a bright white background worked perfectly.
The black and nude collars are gorgeous little statements that can worn with so much. Perfect for brightening up a plain white top! Definitely take a look at this collection if you fancy a little statement piece that you can wear so much.
I had such a lovely time trying out all of these gorgeous new collars and i hope you love seeing my styling for Diane Hassall. Also that it inspires you to get into the collar game. I would love for you all to take a look at the fabulous range that Di Hassall has – even check out her shoes whilst you are there!
I’ve linked to her shop and website below so just click straight through. Let me know which is your favourite and i would love to see how you style them too!
As always share with anyone else you think will love it! Also if you would love me to create some styling for your brand then check out my brand services or request my brochure.
Have a great week lovelies.
